GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

1. SUBJECT

The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the company Paris like a Parisian and its customers in the context of the provision of tourism services, including excursions, guided tours and other tourist activities.

 

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any reservation implies full and complete adherence of the client to these general conditions.

 

3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

• Reservations can be made online via the booking forms, via WhatsApp and by phone.

• A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to validate the reservation.

• The balance must be settled 24 hours before the start of the activity or, depending on the service, on the same day.

• Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash according to the terms indicated by the company.

 

4. RATES

The prices are in Euro and include the services mentioned in the offer.

Does not include personal expenses, insurance or services not included in the program.

Payments by credit card can be made in the customer’s currency.

 

5. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

 

Customer cancellation:

We will impose cancellation charges as follows:

30 days or more prior to departure: - 15% of tour & services cost

15-7 days before departure – 30% of tour & services cost

7-1 days before departure: 100% of tour & services cost

 

Cancellation by the company:

In case of cancellation due to exceptional circumstances (bad weather, insufficient number of participants, etc.), a deferral or full refund will be offered.

 

6. RESPONSIBILITIES

The company undertakes to provide services in accordance with the description. However, it cannot be held responsible for incidents, accidents or damage caused by third parties or the customer itself.

 

7. INSURANCE

The client is invited to take out insurance covering the risks related to the tourist activity, including cancellation, repatriation and assistance insurance.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content (texts, images, etc.) presented by the company remains its exclusive property. Any reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

 

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The information collected during the booking process is processed in compliance with the regulations in force. The customer has a right to access, modify and delete his data.

 

10. LITIGATION

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. If the court of jurisdiction is not competent, it shall be that of the place where the company has its registered office.
